Clint Eastwood corrects Spike Lee: I am on a plantation

Eastwoodlee The escalating war of words between Clint Eastwood and Spike Lee over the absence of Blacks in "Flags of our Fathers" continued on Friday as Eastwood responded to Lee's saying he "sounds like an angry old man" and that "we're not on a plantation."

"In actuality, I am on a plantation," Eastwood told Dateline Hollywood. "The Eastwood family plantation has been in the family for generations and I am visiting my cousins who still operate it right now. Once again, Spike Lee doesn't have his facts straight."

Reached for comment, Spike Lee questioned why there are no African-American members of the Eastwood family on the plantation. "All those years, they couldn't have a single illegitimate child with one of their servants? I know I'm not the only person who finds that racist and offensive."

Dog the Negro Hunter coming back to A&E this summer

Thedog A&E announced today that after a long hiatus following the revelation that he used a racial slur, Dog is coming back this summer.

But Dateline Hollywood has exclusive details on the series new title: Dog the Negro Hunter.

"I was really pushing to call the show 'Dog the  N*gger Hunter,' but the executives told me it wasn't 'PC,' so we compromised on 'Negro Hunter,'" Dog told Dateline Hollywood in an exclusive interview.

The show will feature Dog going after fugitives from the law exclusively of African-American descent.

"There are a lot of those kinda folks -- if you know what I mean -- who get in trouble with the law, so I figured why not focus on them when we bring the show back," Dog added. "It's a great new storyline and I think it'll really help with our ratings amongst n*ggers."
