R. Kelly

R. Kelly schedules plastic surgery

Rklelly Now that he's a free man, R. Kelly isn't heading to Disney World or even to a golden showers orgy -- the rapper's reps say that's second on his agenda.

What's first? Some long delayed plastic surgery.

"I have this little mole on my ba--... uhhh, certain part of my body that I've been wanting to get rid of for a while and this really feels like the right time to do it," R. Kelly told Dateline Hollywood as he left a Chicago courthouse. "I'd hate for anyone to see me not looking my best the next time I take off my shirt for a music video. It could be embarrassing. Some might even say criminal."

R. Kelly's back? You decide!

Backblack_2As R. Kelly's child pornography trial comes to a close, observers say the verdict may come down to a marking on the back of the man in the tape that prosecutors say positively identify him and defense attorneys say was likely caused by a fuzz or some other technical glitch on the tape.

So what's the answer? Dateline Hollywood has obtained an exclusive freeze frame from the tape that allegedly shows R. Kelly having sex on camera with an underage girl and had our team of technical experts zoom in on the marking, which appears to be a tattoo of some kind. Is it proof that R. Kelly can't keep his hands off the under-18s? Or could it merely be a momentary spot on the tape that isn't proof of anything?

It's undoubtedly a tough decision for the jury. What do YOU think???

Judge requests 124th viewing of R. Kelly sex tape

RkellytapeThe Judge in the R. Kelly trial has requested to see a sex videotape at the center of the case for the 124th time. Each time the Judge has viewed the tape alone in his chambers. Authorities contend the tape shows Kelly engaging in sex with a teenager.  Cook County Judge Vincent M. Gaughan has dozed off numerous times on the bench after viewing the tape and has initiated smoke breaks for the entire courtroom. Prosecutors are concerned with the Judge's behavior, especially when he greets R. Kelly with the words, "You dog you!"

Dmxbou2 United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey on Friday announced that with the arrest of DMX and R. Kelly finally going on trial, "'90s hip-hop is back" in the U.S. courts.

"I've always been a fan of classic rap myself and I just haven't been able to get excited about the current crop of drug-dealing, animal abusing,R_kellytour money laundering rappers we've been arresting lately," Mukasey told Dateline Hollywood. "That why it has been such a thrill to see R. Kelly and DMX both back in the spotlight of the criminal justice system this week. It's like we're reviving everything that was great about my early 40s."

Prison guards around the country say they're preparing for the '90s hip hop revival to hit their clubs soon. "Usually the trends that start in the courts make their way to the prisons pretty quick," said Arizona prison guard union president Roy Tuxan.
