Tom Cruise announces future dates for "I'm Sane in 2008" tour

Tc_o Following his successful appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Tom Cruise today announced future dates for his "I'm Sane in 2008" tour.

"The American public is starting to think that Tom might not be a judgmental, pseudo-religion worshipping, complete and utter nutcase and we're looking to continue that momentum with a bunch of dates around the country this summer," said "Cruise is Sane in '08" tour manager Patrick Xenon.

Dates announced Tuesday include:

-"Regis and Kelly" on June 14

-"Barbara Walters Special" on June 27

-"Today Show" on July 7Cruisepatch

-"This Week with George Stephanopolous" on July 20

Sources close to "Sane in '08" said it's particularly important to complete the tour before audiences see next winter's "Valkryie," in which Cruise looks like this:
